Biography
An Experienced Human Resource Professional
Wycliffe is an all-round human resource management professional with 20 years’ hands-on experience at managerial level currently serving as the Head of Human Resource for Swissport Kenya Limited. He has worked in the fast moving consumer goods industry, BevAlc, financial services, technology, petroleum, real estate, construction and aviation services sectors for leading organizations such as Diageo (East African Breweries Limited/Guinness Nigeria/Serengeti Breweries), KCB Bank Group Ltd, IBM, Janus Continental Group (formerly Dalbit Group) and Swissport.
He has both local and regional exposure having worked in and supported countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan, Zambia, DRC and Nigeria. His areas of expertise include performance management, human resource information systems, job evaluation, business partnering, recruitment, employee relations, collective bargaining, project management and stakeholder management.

Wycliffe holds a MBA degree in Management from University of Eastern Africa, Baraton. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from IHRM College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the International Association of Business Executives (IABE). Wycliffe is a Certified Pension Trustee.
Wycliffe was an Independent Non- Executive Director at Spire Bank from March 2020 to March 2022. He served as the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, Chair of Board Credit Committee and a member and Chair of the Human Resource Nomination and Governance Committee.

He served as an elected Council Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya representing Nairobi, Central and North Eastern from September 2017 to September 2020. As a Council member he chaired the Finance and HR Committee and Registration Committee of IHRM(K).

Wycliffe is passionate about the Human Resource Management profession gaining the respect it deserves as a profession and getting the institute to provide the best level of services to its members.

Wycliffe is married to Judy Anyona and has three children Rania, Aryana and Jeremy.
