Biography
An Experienced Human Resource Professional
Wycliffe Osoro is an accomplished Executive HR Leader with over 20 years of strategic and operational experience across multiple industries including aviation, FMCG, financial services, technology, petroleum, real estate, and construction. He currently serves as the Head of Human Resources – Africa at Swissport, where he supports operations across Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, and Ghana, while also driving business development initiatives across the continent.
Wycliffe’s corporate journey spans globally respected organizations such as Diageo (East African Breweries, Guinness Nigeria, Serengeti Breweries), KCB Bank Group, IBM, Janus Continental Group (formerly Dalbit Group), and Swissport. His extensive regional exposure includes leadership roles and HR transformation work in Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan, Zambia, DRC, Nigeria, and beyond.

Wycliffe holds an MBA in Management from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IHRM College, and a Bachelor of Commerce (HRM) from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the International Association of Business Executives (UK) and is a Certified Pension Trustee.
His governance experience includes serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Spire Bank (March 2020 – March 2022), where he chaired the Board Audit & Risk Committee, the Board Credit Committee, and the HR, Nominations & Governance Committee. He also served as an elected Council Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya) from 2017 to 2020, chairing both the Finance & HR Committee and the Registration Committee.
Wycliffe is deeply passionate about elevating the HR profession—championing its strategic value and advocating for excellence in professional standards and institutional service delivery.
Beyond his professional life, Wycliffe is a devoted husband to Judith Anyona and a proud father to Rania, Aryana, and Jeremy. He is also actively involved in public speaking, youth mentorship, church leadership, and education advocacy, including serving in PTA leadership.
